If you can NOT be home to sign for the order you can ask UPS to hold the package for pickup, they will hold the package for up to 5 days. If your order is returned to us we can refund the order or reship it HOWEVER if you choose to be refunded $25 will be withheld to cover the original cost of shipping and return shipping (yes UPS charges us return shipping when a package is returned).
